Shipping policy

For addresses within Metro Manila/National Capital Region, our associates may arrange door-to-door delivery at your preferred schedule, subject to availability and approval. 

For addresses outside Metro Manila/National Capital Region, we will arrange shipping by LBC. While we ensure utmost care and prudence in packing to avoid damage, please be reminded that third-party logistics and subsequent handling once turned over for their processing, is beyond our control and you, the buyer, wholly accepts all risks associated with third-party shipping. 

For international delivery, we use DHL to ship your order. We are able to provide an estimate Shipping and Handling quotation in US Dollars. However, buyers must take into account applicable Customs Duty, Tariff, VAT/GST, or applicable taxes in your jurisdiction which may significantly increase the costs to purchase and is not included in our pricing.
